Civil and political rights organizations

"These organizations serve a variety of causes one being the AFL–CIO," - I don't see how the previously mentioned organisations can be said to serve the cause of the AFL-CIO. Masonmilan (talk) 15:55, 18 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

True. Could it be that two sentences got combined by accident? Maybe they were trying to say: "Another one being the AFL–CIO, which is America's union that represents the working-class people nationwide. Dignity, Understanding,Compassion

It has been devastating,I’ve been so depressed and as a Man it’s hard.I’ve been tought to just keep on going work, work for my Family. I am Mexican-American Chicano. Working at Iron Horse Builders gave me emotional and physical Stress.My Depression has become more difficult to manage activities of daily life, Such as my family. 1 Trouble concentrating 2 Sorrow irritability 3 Fatigue 4 Trouble eating and sleeping 5 overwhelming feelings of sadness that do not go away!!!6 Anxiety 7 Feeling worthless,Having crying spells. Yes a job where your Boss attempts to physically hit you and yells and screams at you can absolutely contribute to or even trigger Depression as this constitutes a severe form of workplace bullying and Harassment,Creating a highly stressful and unsafe environment that can significantly impact my mental health.The threat of physical violence from my Boss lead me to constant fear and anxiety impacting my ability to focus at work and even outside of it.
